Non-Lead Securitization means any Securitization of a Note in a Securitization Trust other than the Lead Securitization. S&P Recovery Rate means in respect of any Collateral Debt Obligation, the recovery rate determined in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement or as so advised by S&P. There are no Subordinate Companion Loans related to the Trust. Subordinate Companion Loan With respect to any Loan Combination, any related subordinated loan not included in the Trust, which is subordinated in right of payment to the related Mortgage Loan to the extent set forth in the related Intercreditor Agreement.
